I've had this Pulsar Rok for going on 3 years now. Love it for dry herb and concentrates. Delivers cool consistent smoke. Have to know how to work the dry herb but once you do? VERY nice. . . !

Works great with hash. I make hash just for this thing and being able to walk around while smoking little pieces is so nice. Gets me super baked and I just chill.

This is by far one of the most accurately temperature controlled dry herb coils available.

Love the rok but this "herb coil" either doesn't get hot enough, or clogs after 1 pack.. Doesn't get hot enough for herb.

This product functions great, for about 4 or 5 bowls. Then needs to be replaced. I have burned through 3 of the 5 i purchased in about a week. I will not be ordering replacements as this is too fragile and expensive to be practical for herb vaporization. (The wax coil still functions great.)

Replacement piece seems to hit better than the original. Ceramic plate came off of my original and stopped working

My box came with an old style coil that died in a few sessions. Bottom came off the quartz one. I had to purchase from you the NEW kind that works well. I do like the product, but I feel like you need to still spend about $100 on top for the right components that SHOULD come in the box straight away. I have since broke or lost both top caps and had to reorder and purchase rubber teathers that SHOULD have come in the box as well. The battery and main piece should have come with a charger (holder passthrough) cradle. I hope you consider making this as the battery life is really not acceptable.
