Shipping Policy

Once the package is in possession of the carrier, Pulsar is not responsible for any delays in transit. All customers are required to understand their local regulations.

Route Shipping Insurance

Route is an optional add-on available at checkout. Route covers most types of damage and loss incurred during the shipping process, including but not limited to when the carrier loses the package, package theft, and misdeliveries.

Route allows you to submit a replacement with just a few clicks, with no need to talk to a human in most cases.

If you do not select Route at checkout, Pulsar will still assist with issues like damages in transit, lost packages, theft, etc., but you will have to reach out so we can look into it further. This process usually takes longer than the automated one via Route.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on orders of $50 or more (before taxes) within the Contiguous United States. Transit time is typically 3-8 days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Standard Shipping

We offer $9 shipping on orders below $50 within the Contiguous United States. Transit time is typically 3-8 days from the time the order leaves our warehouse.

Vaporizer Shipping Restrictions

Due to new regulations and amendments to the Pact Act, any vape purchase will be sent via the best available shipping carrier.

International Shipping Restrictions

We are currently working with our shipping partners to provide faster, and more reliable shipping services to our international customers. However, due to new shipping regulations, we are unable to ship our products internationally at this time.

Adult Signature

Some shipments of Vaporizers and accessories will require an adult signature (21+) with an ID check upon delivery in accordance with the PACT Act.

Discreet Packaging

While we do use our company name for the return address, all shipments are packed in a plain unmarked box or bubble envelope that would in no way disclose the contents within. You can confidently order items to be shipped out to your home, office, or any other address you wish to use.

Processing Time

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.
However, our processing time can be delayed due to an increase in online orders.

Standard Shipping Services

UPS Ground is a standard service that is usually delivered in 2-5 business days.
USPS Ground Advantage is a standard shipping service that is usually delivered in 3-8 business days. (Packages under 1lb) We use this service for certain types of lithium batteries and cleaning products that cannot be shipped on a plane.
USPS Priority Mail is a standard shipping service that is delivered in 1-3 business days.

*Shipping times to HI, AK, and other US Territories may take longer when dealing with batteries or cleaning products.

*Delivery time estimates are calculated from the time that the package is picked up by the carrier

One-Day and Two-Day Shipping Services

At this time, we are not offering expedited shipping services.

*USPS Priority mail is not an expedited shipping service

A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. Domestic & International rates are subject to change without notice. We abide by UPS/USPS shipping schedules, and some holidays are not eligible for pickup or delivery.
