Straw intake is to big. Too much air passes through and doesn't burn evenly.

Have not yet used this tip but looks amazing compared to the basic one that came with my bubbler terp collector so I have no doubt it will work better than the basic one it came with!

The actual picture made the item look longer… when it got to me it was a couple inches long! Wouldn’t really call it a Straw. If it showed how small it was, I would’ve spent a lil more to get a regular size.

Not only did this piece come to me broken but it was a 14mm tip and not the 10mm I ordered. This happened about 8 or 9 times a few years ago. I gave up. They still advertise the 10mm, but both the 10mm & 14mm inventory boxes are all full of 14mm? I called and left a message, no one has returned my call for over a week. I was a good customer, really loved Pulsar ... what happened? If they don't replace my piece for a 10mm I'd like a refund and they will lose me as a customer and I'll eat the $15 odd dollars it costs and find somewhere else to get the 10mm tips. Also, I never use 14mm. The new bubbler I got came with a 14mm and my only 2 OLD Pulsar 10mm tips won't fit it. So I'm stuck with a new piece I can't use until I find a 10mm tip to fit it. I will not use 14mm, they waste product, take too long to heat, they're just horrible. Do you people participate with your customers anymore? Do you check your messages? I am so sad, you were so good before Covid happened :'(

Bought it worked great, I knocked it into something and it broke right at the piece that connects to the honey catcher. No one’s fault but mine but durability is why I’m giving 3 stars.

This is the third tip ive gotten from Pulsar and every one failed with n a few weeks. It seem like they are using cheap glass most of the failures were at junctions. DO NOT BUY

It’s definitely a good tip with a minor improvement. I heat a braided steel wire to clear the residue when the nectar collector gets plugged. I through hole along with the already existing slits would help. Otherwise the hits are a bit cooler somehow than the teardrop shaped quartz tips.

I bought 4 because I'm a klutz and broke my last one. My local stores don't seem to carry them regularly. These are the best tips and I don't like to use anything else.

The tip of the glass just brushed over the end of the torch as I was going to light it and it snapped off below the chamber before it was heated. Good thing I purchased two at once. First one lasted a week or so

I love this peace but it tends to clogged up. More testing maybe. I’ve been using honey straws for a few years so maybe I know what I’m doing probly not :)

Best tip out there

Absolutely love this! Saves my nectar collector from getting all dirty and I don't waste any dabs. When it's full I lightly heat it and blow it all out into a jar so I can enjoy the reclaim later! Bought a few more as gifts because my friends loved how smooth it hits too

Like mentioned in a previous review, the company and product are top-notch. The reason I gave three stars on this review is because both of the tips that I purchased broke after one use. I'm curious if there was a change in the manufacturing of these tips. I purchased the exact tip a few years back and have used it virtually every day since and it hasn't so much as chipped. For two of these to break after one use yet one lasting several years leads me to believe something has changed. At any rate, these remain the best quality tools and the highest quality of customer service one could ask for.

Ordered the straw and nail together and the nail doesnt fit infact no nail fits the straw so I guess I just got robbed :shrug:‍:male_sign:
