It’s funny mine is cracking in the exact same spot luckily because of the rubber covering mine still work but I’ve never dropped my chorus and one only had it for 2 months even the magnet on the device is cracked! If I knew it would already be falling apart I would have just stuck with my rig! I’m convinced it’s from the heat after a while!

I LOVE this device but these mouth pieces are just ridiculous. Make them more durable PLEASE, sold out of this product constantly because EVERYONE is having to replace them, please fix this

Im glad I'm not the only one, this is obviously a design defect, I've had my chours less than 3 months. Have been through 3 mouth pieces and one charging port. What a disappointment.

I absolutely love this device but im on my second mouth piece now and I clean this thing religiously. PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FIX THIS. we cant even buy replacement mouth pieces because this happens to every single user so we all have to buy them in bulk because they sell out. MAYBE MAKE A MORE DURABLE MOUTH PIECE FOR GODS SAKE.

I genuinely thought my cat had bit this device and that’s how it cracked. Now seeing everyone else have the SAME EXACT crack even the same shape is a little disappointing. I really love this device! But the cracked mouthpiece and seeing it’s a running issue and the fact that I can’t even order a replacement is nottttt kewllll.

In all honesty I do really love the design of the Chorus, but I am having a repeat problem with the cap of this device (hence why I ordered the replacement cap), which is why I am giving this product such a poor review. This is the second cap that I've had develop cracks along the plastic which surrounds the metal ring that accepts the carb. I was careful to ensure that the cap and/or device was not dropped or damaged in any way to warrant the cracks in the cap. The cracks in the cap result in a defectiveness that is not ignorable, as it directly effects the ability of the device to properly vaporize, as there is now no vacuum seal created due to the cracks. I really do enjoy the chorus and its overall convenience as a device, however I do not intend on buying another carb and cap set for it to degrade itself within two weeks of initial use, and I cannot in good faith recommend anyone to spend the fifteen dollars on a cap that will most likely fail to work in a few weeks time, and furthermore I cannot recommend anyone to buy the Chorus device until the problem of the cracks in the cap is fixed. Again, I love the device but replacing this cap more than once is not economical and better options exist for the thirty dollars is would cost to replace it twice (and possibly even more).

Breaks without even dropping like others have posted in the reviews. 100% a design flaw and needs to be addressed by this company. Other than that it’s a good rig but I refuse to repurchase until this issue is fixed. Also the hot knife that came with my chorus stopped working as well after 3 months of use.

GET US REPLACEMENTS! This is BS that so many of us have cracked tops and have to replace them to only find out you have been out of stock......... over and over again.

I loved it until the mouthpiece randomly cracked i simply cant understand cheaping out on the mouthpiece but then making a perfect device otherwise its so disappointing and they are out of stock currently so I just have to hope this one holds on until I can get a new one considering I spent 120 bucks on this thing I think wanting a mouthpiece made of a decent material isn't asking much.

Great product but I see that I’m not the only one getting a crack near the end where the carb cap is

This became my everyday travel buddy replacing cartridges real fast. I even lean towards it at home with the water pipe adapter. Use it on medium without the adapter and high with it. Produces great clouds and doesn’t leave very much graveyard oil. Highly recommend, may even get another.

I bought the Pulsar Chorus from a different website because we’re new to vaping. I wish we had encountered Pulsar Shop sooner. We’re extremely happy with the PC. Easy to travel with and everything we need is in the case:heart_eyes: Cleans in a snap. The magnets are strong but it’s the display that’s the bomb!!
