Great piece shipping took too long

Got my baby back up and running again like it’s brand new!

Great fit . It works perfectly. Though there was way to much packing material for such a small sized item.

Service was great and item is as expected. My only problem is I think the design of the mouth piece is crappy.. always dirty. I ordered the second one so that it wouldn’t seem like I was spending so much time cleaning it.. always have a spare, clean and ready to go

I've had the V3 for about a year and have found it to be the best device for me. It's important, as with many things, to ensure that it is kept clean for optimal use. Because of this, I purchased the replacement mouthpiece, five (5) to be exact. I started the process right before Christmas, which might not have been the best decision. This caused a slight delay in delivery, which I've never had a problem with in the past. I reached out to customer service and they responded quickly to say that my order had been shipped. Before I could reply, I had received it! I, unfortunately, lost the device on 1/9/23, and have to order another to use with the mouthpieces. The mouthpieces, since this is what this review is supposed to be about, make an instant and substantial improvement over the old one!

The first mouthpiece clogged up quickly so hopefully this will last a while.

Everything is back to working

I scanned the QR code on the back of my vape. It took me to this page for a replacement mouth piece for my vape. Turns out it doesn’t fit. I’ve had problems getting replacement pieces other times in the past. Definitely not a fan. Probably won’t be buying these vapes anymore
