Best battery ive owned and a big reson is this mouth piece. Being able to remove it to clean it is best ever.

Great product, lacking customer service

I ordered this. It was perfect, but the wrong item - my fault. These two little silicone pieces were mailed in a large square box (excessive and expensive). When I reached out about ordering the correct item and having it shipped differently, I was told they were out of stock and to join the waitlist. Disappointing. Does anyone want these two tips, in regular mail, for free?
