Just received received mines and only used it’s twice and just keeps blinking white ,help I’m not sure what wrong with it

I recently purchased the pulsar delta 3 in 1 and everything was great except the dry herb atomizer. I contacted pulsar via email mail and within minutes I had a response saying they would send me a whole new kit . Which showed up in about a weeks time. They also included some other really good stuff because they want it right. .the customer service is top notch the new one works amazing and I am going to check out their other products this works really good and I believe in supporting a company who takes care of their customers on that level

Severely burned my mouth using the concentrate coil: there’s so little headspace between the mouthpiece and the coil base, it’s ridiculously easy to suck up molten resin when inhaling.

The silicone concentrate coil cap fits ok when its cold, but after a few back to back sessions it heats up, expands and resin starts leaking down the base.

The recharging port being in the bottom vs the side is terribly inconvenient, especially when you need to recharge with hot resin still in the coil.

Haven’t tried the dry herb attachment yet. Overall, it’s not nearly as nice as my Pulsar 510 Digital. Very disappointed, given the price.

At first I was excited to have a pen I could load a dab into or pack with flower on the go, the recommended portions seem to be spot on but over the last 3 months of every other day use usually the pen has become very inconsistent, unreliable, and unpredictable. Using the flower atomizer with about .3 G or less sometimes the flower doesn't burn so you're left hitting it 2-3 times before any smoke and sometimes a BIG hit comes from the smallest first pull, it dies quickly being able to use the pen as a light hitter 10-15 times before it's dead which for me is 1 "bowl" of flower or 5 dabs, the dab atomizer has gotten to a point where the preheat doesn't heat enough to smoke but gets hot to the touch, I use dead center settings for temperature and think this would be a great pen for somebody who doesn't have very high expectations, I got mine for 80.00 at a dispensary. :(

I used the dry herb attachment 2x before it decided to no longer be recognized by the battery. The wax function is temperamental AT BEST. Please do not waste your moneys. Believe the issues customers list here- I’ve had em alll.

I got the Pulsar Delta 3 in 1.
Dry herb chamber works but the wax chamber never functioned. I took it back to point of sale (Bobs HQ) they told me to contact the manufacturer.

I had to submit a claim for my device bc it stopped working after just a few days.

Worked great through the first charge,but after recharging the battery only workd with the dry herb attachment. When attempting to activate it , it just flashes white 3 times and soes not heat up. Have started the warranty process and am awaiting the results.

This "tool" opens up a whole new realm of things to try. It works on dry herb, wax / dab concentrates and it can be used for 510 cartridges but a dedicated 510 battery is probably more convienient for that. A home run in every way, great products, excellent customer service and multiple payment options.

Works much better than my previous device, so far it seems to be well worth it.

First 3 times I used for flower and it worked good. On 4th try no haptic feedback and all it does is blink white 3 times and go off. Absolute complete waste of money.

Stopped working during 1st use

Well, this is my third time buying the product.I love the look.I love the idea , but it just doesn't work. A.\n Ceramic bull broke within a couple days. Looks like it melted through or something. This product needs a rehaul on the design. And might stand a chance with better material.Especially the ceramic bowl

It was good but it was to small

I got one dry herb session, then the device stopped recognizing the dry herb fitting, making it unusable. Very disappointing for a new device.

My 2nd review- I've been dabbing from that amazing bucket for months now (you charge it every day if you dab for three hours straight like me) and it lost it's steam.... I was needing the red setting (high) for barely any clouds. Oh dear. This is my favorite bucket. I put a cartridge into the rig and it worked great. OK, not the machine. I cleaned out the threads on both ends really well (there was no visible gunk or residue) and it works LIKE NEW AGAIN. (I'm still coughing a day later)

The flower attachment I DID break. I was putting enhanced flower into it (moon rocks, kief, maybe a flake of hash) and I gunked and burned it out. Expected and my fault. Replacing those are the most affordable. I wish the spare attachments came in pink tho. (I don't rec breaking your flower attachment, but moonrocks with hash really really awesomely messed me up, lmao)

I used one chamber in the herb vap. and put in the second when it just stopped heating. All I could get was flashing white or clear 3 times and turn out the lights. The battery changed modes ok so I tried the wax piece empty and it appeared to work properly???

Very cool product! Had a minor issue with it and customer service went above and beyond. Happy 420

I like it and I like the concept i genuinely think my issues are user error but having trouble pulling from the concentrate connector

This pen’s battery is trash. Good idea but it’s dead after a couple of preheats. Pretty much has to be charged after every use
