Bought this bong a month and a half ago, after a routine cleaning the wood on the neck has split clean down the middle, and the wood on the base has completely warped - making the bong wobbly and unstable.
I can’t even just take the wood off and use the bong as just the glass beaker. The wood on the neck is an integral addition to the part you inhale through - the top of the bong is not attached to the body, but rather the wooden neck. Yes, the mouth part is glued to the wooden neck and there is no way to re attach the glass mouth piece to the main beaker. If that neck fails the bong becomes fundamentally useless.
Such a shame, the piece is gorgeous but it is 99% fashion, 1% function. Do not buy, it will break doing simple standard routine glass cleaning.
