I bought this 3 days ago from the local store. It was purple says color changing. Oh it changed color to green and hasn't gone back to purple. You should redo your package advertisement. Color changing implies plural like should change back to purple. It should say color change. Non plural. Meaning the color you chose is going to change but not change back. Also you have to re-select your temp every time you turn it on. It will not heat up unless you do. You say 3 minutes and then it shuts off. That's incorrect. I set mine on the low setting and it's off before 2 mins is up. I timed it because I thought it was weird I could only do 1 pull before it shut off. And then there's when it heats up.. do not hold it in your hand while it's heating up. It will burn you. Not bad enough for medical attention but enough to make you drop it. In my opinion you needed to test this product before releasing it. You can say you did but facts are they don't match up to what you advertise. Such a shame too. I don't recommend. 2 stars because it does fit comfy in my hand. But functional not so much.

I like the product itself. I do not like this color at all. Very disappointed because I thought it was going to be different colors. Like orange to yellow or blue to pink.

Total fraud! The directions are a joke, who knows what button to press or hold. I tried to reach out to the product peeps but they don’t answer. So, I spent $75 on a device that’s confusing with no customer support? I tried to reach out to you so let the bad reviews begin.

I purchased this device as an inexpensive backup to my normal dry vape, and I'm pretty happy with what the SYNDR is. I agree with most of the comments regarding the strength of the vapor, but I believe the solution is to use the RED setting, and pack the vapor chamber so that the dry leaf is pressing against the sides as much as possible. I was able to get quite a bit of leaf in the chamber and had no problem getting a good draw.

Stopped working after a week. The battery will not take a charge.

Not worth this price AT ALL. Honestly not worth buying. It dies on me legitimately every other day. Go to turn it on, light is flashing.

The QR code for the instructions didn't work, I have no idea on the temperature setting, and the color changing paint is already chipping around the mouth piece.

I really like the hit I get off this vape but the parts don’t stand up to the heat. It warped after a year to the point where the mouthpiece wouldn’t stay in and the bottom piece would just fall out unexpectedly. I’m still considering buying another but looking at other options elsewhere.

Worked for a little while, then it just stopped working. It charged but won't heat. It was under warranty so I contacted support and they said they needed the receipt. It was a gift given to me and I didn't have the receipt. The person who gave it to me didn't keep the receipt so support told me that without the receipt they couldn't process the warranty. It only lasted about 6-8 weeks so now I am reluctant to purchase anything from Pulse.

I really like the convenience of this vape but it. doesn’t last. Emailed customer service multiple times with absolutely no response. It no longer charges and now i have to search for a new manufacturer and product. very disappointing with the lack of response

it roasts your herb, just not enough to actually smoke. i bought mine back in dec-jan and it’s july now, it’s been sitting in a drawer ever since because it sucks so bad.

This is my first purchase and use of a dry herb vape pipe, so that probably needs to be factored in. At first the taste had an “off” chemical-like taste to it, but I thought that was my inexperience and that through regular use I could figure out the best consistency and temp for me. That was a little over two weeks ago and it’s just gotten worse despite cleaning it often and changing up the “grind”. All that being said, it could still be me but it would be nice to know of there were options because I do like it’s ease of use…

First off let me preface by saying I've been nothing but pleased by Pulsars product offering over the years but this thing is awful.

I received my first one and it was dead upon arrival (short circuit) Pulsar sent a replacement free of charge after I sent an email to the support team. Awesome right! Yes but this Vape is trash, works half the time, and when it does barely puts out any smoke.

I would NOT recommend this vaporizer.

Red was the only setting I could ever get the slightest amount of vapor on, and it was still pretty bad-tasting. I could go through a whole battery trying to vape from this and still have a full chamber of browned flower. This is pretty disappointing since I've been a fan of Pulsar's 510 batteries, but I guess this isn't their field.

doesnt burn right in the chamber, just browns and lets the slightest vapor out, wont make this mistake again.

I downloaded the manual and I watched YouTube videos on how to work this device bit my blinks red 4 times and shuts off. I have tried submitting a warranty but haven't heard back yet

Received this today and right out of the box it's flashing 3 red lights and powering off. Which according to the manual is an indicator that is short circuited and needs to be replaced.

Pleasently surprised at how well this dry vape worked, easy and convenient. Easy to clean and holds the charge well. Would buy again and would recommend to others.

Great product. 2 things the on and off button needs to be somewhere else. Away from charging port . Cover will not stay on. Battery doesn't stay charged long. Other than that it works great.

I have a similar design and model from Strio, and I have to say that this brand of the Dry Herb Vaporizer is phenomenal, I also love the fact that they carry accessories for this device which is in my book an A Plus. I love The Pulsar version better than the Strio version

Haven't got to use it because it doesn't work. I've contacted and made a warranty claim with no response.
