My quarts banger came broken

I purchased this torch and a bear quartz v1 tower and the tower came broken on arrival because it was packaged horribly and carelessly. It’s been days with no email back so I cannot use my $400 rig I got a week ago.

Really enjoyed the gas valve/Elec start - dual jet flame feature. No finger fatigue while letting the flame run safely. Safety cap good for travel as well. Feels, & Runs Solid. Good for Bangers, & Straws. . .
