Item arrived expediently and as advertised. Shipping cost could be less for such a small item. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Got the wrong one, and didn't return because I would have to pay for shipping, I just wanted to exchange it for the right one, won't buy your products anymore

Lost my magnetic bottom a few weeks ago at a bar. Didn't even know I could buy a replacement. Out of curiosity I checked and found Pulsar had a website and sold the bottoms! Bought one and it works great!!

Works fine with my DL Centro

The bottom is just plug and play! Throw out your old base and pop the new one in. Great way to keep using the device you love and trust! Also thier customer service can't be beat!

. . . how to work them (Ipurchased 2) as there were no instructions.
The battery didn't work when I attached my cartridge and tried it. So, I tried charging it. It flashed green once, and then didn't do anything.
I attached a cartridge and nothing happened. Also, when I connected the battery to my case, it fit more snuggly than the original battery, but still seemed okay.
The only difference I find between my original battery and the new one is the button on the bottom of the battery has been replaced by a tiny hole. Does that have something to do with getting it started? Please help, I rolled the tokeometor & don't know when the battery will die! 1300 tokes on this battery. It took me 4 batteries not to break them. Go figure! I love your 510 DL, I just haven't had the best of luck with them. Tj Williams [****]

Not the right fit. Would have know because there is no pic at the bottom. Didn’t know there was different models. Then the white box it came in was sharpied out so I can’t confirm what it was suppose to be still trying to return it but no one has responded. Customer service is horrible. Right now I work a a big dispo and will not recommend this company because of the lack of communication.

Says it fits but it does not. Has messaged customer service on returning and still have not heard anything.

I got the wrong piece and staff won’t respond to my emails for a return/exchange, it’s been nearly 2 weeks. I will never support this company again. I suggest buying “Randy’s Inspo” instead. It looks exactly the same and doesn’t vape as hot, even though the specs are suppose to be the same.

As for this piece/part, I can’t comment as it’s the wrong part and won’t work for me. I’m reviewing customer service a 0. 5 (1/2 stars for delivering the item)
