Did not seal and broke on first use...The 510 thread broke loose and broke the wires...Never got 1 pull from it...Garbage!!

The button gets stuck constantly, feels like there is a lot of airflow as well which makes it seem like I'm not pulling on anything. Battery life isn't that great either, even when using single mode, might be due to the button getting stuck.

I like the size and the way the pull is on it.

It isn’t working properly. I can only get one side to work and it barely works at all so I stopped using it.

Produces very little smoke. Despite 2 brand new functioning cartridges, pre warmed, on highest voltage setting. Waste of money.

I received my new vape, charged it as per instructions, bought 2 carts, installed them , and my vape wort work. . waiting for a email response.

I charged the new vape, put in a new cart. Read directions many times, I can’t not get vape to work at all. Will not hit. This is my second pulsar vape, I first one is a great vape. I wanted a dual vape too. This new one won’t work.

Purchased 2. Neither one worked. They had power, lit up, but would now draw on any brand carts. Just a poor product. I contacted customer service which was no help and haven't heard back. Wouldn't recommend pulsar after this experience.

Made poorly

Not very happy with this product it’s got really poor air control. You can’t adjust. It can’t do nothing with it. Biggest waste of money I ever made.

I received a order that was damaged . I emailed right away and received a response within minutes! They sent me a whole new order fast with a little extra. Definitely recommend these guys it's hard to impress me but they sure have

The button has stopped working…it has happened twice on two different purchases. I thought it was me on the first one then it happened again…not happy Jan. I am out of the country so returning is not an option.

Too much air comes through when you draw. It doesn't even really hit right. Is it supposed to be like that or did i get a defective one? This is like the 10th product I've bought from you guys and i am very disapointed actually.

Tried leaving several reviews for some reason this thing doesn’t like leaving reviews, but this product is garbage cannot control. The airflow would not recommend buying this.

Was sent the wrong product. Sent an email to customer service, and still have not heard back, but yall can send me a review email. . . ? That is some wild customer service.

Great product. I used to carry two different pen with two different cart but with the pulsar I just need the one device. I am loving it.

great product so far. in other batteries ive see the mouthpiece of the cartridges clog. but not yet eith this one. hits like a champ

All that changed after a few months of non usage. It seems like whenever I attempt to add a cart and try to hit it, the light blinks blue. I've tried numerous cart types and this things won't recognize none. I'm highly disappointed that I wasted my money, as I didn't even get my money's worth of usage.

I ordered a different product from a different company already. This product works, but only after the third+ attempt. I can hit the thing as hard as possible and get absolutely no smoke. I'd try again and get no smoke. I'd try a third time and get a very tiny amount of smoke. I need a product that actually works, and this ain't it.

Didn't work right out of the box, immediately came apart the first taking off the bottom. Wouldn't be worth half this price, not wasting my money with this company again.

It’s a beautiful vape but I don’t like the lack of screen!

Device will not charge along with both ports are pulling out of the casing when you try to unscrew them. Pretty disappointing when I literally just opened this device less than 24 hours ago. Tried to email tech-support for solution, but have received no response. Plan to leave reviews on this device everywhere possible until I get a resolution.
