Worked great….for the first day. Then one problem after another started cropping up. Guys? You don’t need to worry about making it look pretty - fancy color-changing coatings and whatnot.
You folks first need to focus on making a worthwhile product that won’t enrage your customers.
I love this battery however im already on my 2nd one because the mouth piece keeps falling off due to the magnetic field ncasing of the mouth piece cracking not to mention the bottom part alos cracks aftet a fee uses. Hits great love that it stores dual carts just wish it was more durable
It would be 5 Stars, but after 2 weeks the right side base cracked and now leaks, and the battery doesn't hold a long charge. Great pull compared to the other Ones I've tried

Amazing color changing and powerful hits
Please Please Please head the warnings about this device. I had two devices. Both failed for the same reason. One pin that comes in contact with the base of the unit fails to spring out to make the connection. It's the same pin for each device and the same on ive seen in photos of others. It's a sever design flaw that makes say stay clear of this device unless you want to waste your money. Literally broke after 2 months. I havent had this issue with some of their other products.
Never got it
It heats my carts up, they drain as I inhale, but I get no hit off the vaporizer. I have absolutely no idea why it produces no smoke while my carts visibly drain. This product belongs in the trash which is unfortunate as other Pulsar products are high quality.

Has a lot of issues which may be avoided with better instructions but it's brllprone to difficulties and clogs with air flow issues too.

This thing is poorly designed. You MUST use short carts (shorter than the typical cart you buy prefilled) or else the base will crack every time. Trust me. I've used these for several months now. They list the max cart size at 59mm high IIRC and most are 63mm. I only use carts I fill myself and are only 55mm tall - think PCKT SPRK 3 ceramic cart. Also, the bottom eventually fills with oil - up to four grams - and there's no way to drain it. The bottom weighs 14.5g when unused and empty. If you use the water pipe adaptor, you'll know it's full when oil starts dripping from the glass towards your bong. Once it's full, I hang it upside down and heat it hard with a blow dryer to clear it along with compressed air into one of the cart receptacles to blow oil out the other receptacle . With a taller body and a way to drain it, this thing would totally kick ****. But it kinda sucks in it's current halfass state. At least their customer service is second to none. Contact them. They will replace things under warranty painlessly.

We love these batteries. They work better with quality cartridges but are great all the way round. Love the display, color changing, and pre heat feature. Also the ability to remove the mouth pice so i can clean it is amazing.
The Dual vape is convenient, a stronger cartridge in one and smooth cartridge in the second! Or simply enjoy both at once . More options for money!
I bought three pulsar vapes in February of this year and now in May they are all broken. I contacted support because as soon as I got my order 2 of them were not hitting and they ruined two of my carts. I contacted support and they sent me out a replacement for one and a completely different vape neither of which work. As you hit it nothing comes out even on the highest voltage set If you do get anything out it's a tiny cloud and then when you open the vape it's covered in oil. Complete waste of $60 and after I got the second round of broken vapes I gave up with support do not buy these vapes!
It came in faulty , but customer service was great and sent me a replacement right away. I will order from them again .
Just not heavy dense clouds you wouldn't think 4.2 makes a difference but it does. Unless it's something about how it's uses it's four volts that causes it to be weak but nonetheless people don't buy tandem cart batteries to get weak hits. I buy tandems because if I have a single I have to use two and this tandem is just kind of like only using one in terms of the size and density of clouds. Disappointing. I also ordered the yokan dub and if you're looking for a tandem cart battery that's the way to go
