ALL QUARTZ = Best Dab Straw!
Try finding another ALL QUARTZ single-piece Dab Straw (Outside of Pulsar).
It'll be a challenge I promise you.
Nice thick heavy QUARTZ - LOVE IT!
Sure you may find an unadorned straight piece but nothing of the elaborate magnitude of the Pulsar Quartz 6" Deco Dab Straw with it's cooling chamber,
5 heavy 'Marias' and a funneled mouth piece.
All quartz single-piece design just can't be found except at Pulsar (I've searched).
Obviously handles hot/cool extremes way better than plain Borosilicate glass straw.
And clean up is a breeze- Cotton swab with ISO 91% and then burn off what minimal bits remain after that. I do submerge in an ISO 99% 'bath' every so often
to clean the whole piece and effectively purge the cooling chamber of any reclaim that's built up.
My first purchase of the 'Quartz Deco Straw' directly from Pulsar was back in 2020 after buying one at a glass shop, loving it and wanting to give a few as gifts.
I personally was able to use the same straw for 5 years (so far) by regularly maintaining a 'clean' straw.
I just made a re-purchase of 4 more of these straws to give as holiday gifts! (one of which I'll be keeping!)
Convenient; perfect size for home or away - you don't need a full torch -I just use a 3-jet cigar lighter and it works a charm.
There is no better dab straw in existence at this price. (or any price for that matter)
