Horrible. Broke within the first hit of using.

I have bought three pulsar ash collectors, this one isn’t far the worst. I didn’t even get to use it once before it snapped at the top. I didn’t drop it. It’s just a poor design flaw.

I recieved a broken piece. It still works but there is a piece broken off on the downstem. I looked through the box but didn't find the broken piece so it seems it was broken before being wrapped for shipping. Like I said it still works just not real happy I got a broken piece.

Beautiful big hits, really really smooth,super cool to watch the chamber fill up and everything else. As others have pointed out there is a stability issue, and cleaning it out is going to be a pain, other than that amazing!

Pulsar easily has the best ash catcher designs. I own 4 already.

My wife and I bought this along with the Venturi recycler ash catcher. While we really like this one, it's a bit TOO heavy--even for a very heavy glass piece like our daily driver (Grav Empress)--and I worry about breakage a little. That said, this thing is made out of super thick glass, and it survived a small tumble into the sink (again, the piece is a little unbalanced) without a scratch. All in all, a great purchase. It's nice to look at, and allows for rather large, smooth, tasty pulls.

Not impressed, I have had two items (ash catcher and bowel) break from this company. Will not buy any more

Biggest cons are its stability & ability to drain the water from the device. I like to dump my devices' water end of night; the extra chambers and perc make doing so difficult and time consuming. Without forcing air through it, it wont dry quickly at all. I can only imagine how difficult cleaning using alcohol & epsom salt is going to be. I haven't used it long enough to know how quickly it'll build up deposits or occlusions; I use a glass filter in my bowls as well.

The rig is also a bit bulky and off center. When attached to your main device it will tilt or lean to one side. This also lends to a lack of stability when sitting on a counter. I fear this piece will likely tip and break at some point.

The huge pros: extra smooth hits, neat looking centerpiece & a main device that requires less cleanings. The unique design of the saucer chamber, perc & stems really improve a hit and are neat to watch work.

I highly recommend pairing this with a "Extra Large(18in) Classic Glass Straight Tube Bong"; I'm anxious to try the Large 14in of that design with his catcher too.
