Updated review

I’m writing to update my previous review. Pulsar was very responsive to the issues I experienced with the butter infuser I had originally purchased. They reached out to me and quickly sent me a replacement. I have used the new one 5 times now and it has worked as it should. Thank you Pulsar for your timely response and for quickly remedying the problem!

Quit working second use

I only got one full cycle use out of my machine before it quit working. Second use, it stopped working about an hour in and did not complete the infusion. I bought the machine through a second party distributor and the return/refund policy won’t allow for replacement or refund so I am out the money plus no finished product. I’m not impressed.
