Doesn't Charge

Had bought two extra chargers for the jetpack 2. 0
None of the 3 chargers will charge correctly. They will act as tho they are charging with a flashing red light off and on and then after a very long period of time it will turn green and act as if fully charged. When it is used it lasts maybe a puff and shuts off acting as if it never had gotten charged.
I have used many different usb cords and charger blocks for all 3 batteries.
As a reminder: the jetpack 2. 0 does not hold most normal mouth piece carts; you'll need to find a stubby or snubbed mouth cap on your cart; and it does not hold 2g carts.
