so hot doesn't matter how much concentrate I use in 5 seconds its gone and I dont feel a hit. I intend to buy the v3 volt and clicked on the wax. I will be making another pulsar purchase but it will be for the volt.

I’ve had my apex wax for 4 months and my coils quit heating so I unscrewed the bowl slow and easy and the positive side of the battery fell just fell out. I’d say that is a huge flaw on behalf of Pulsar.

So I have very old plusar with the THC molicules on its lol. So i bought this new school one yall made. I like the'' double click and rip'' mode.That's BadAss! my Old school Plusar still works too. So both rigs old up. I already droped my NEW Green rig, Glass peice broke but rig still good! OVERALL SOLID RIG.

I bought this because it was so well priced, I couldn’t resist. I actually ordered the ghost 2 a little after this one. I like this vape so much more. The hits are smoother and it’s just easier all the way around. I find that I use this vape much more than the ghost 2.

My roommate has gotten 2 of these for work use and they were great so i bought one and it does the job and hits right my only wish was the batter would last longer his had 2 times the battery life

It’s a great design but sadly it doesn’t work properly!! It only seems to have one temperature setting which is too high and sets fire to my lungs. No matter the combination of button presses it’s does mot change temperature like it should. Too bad so sad.

Literally took 9 days to receive. That's ridiculous. On another note yall give a "shipping 2" option for $5 more (even though shipping is free over $50). But if anyone selects that option you don't expedite the package in anyway. Take the option off the website. There is no telling how much extra money yall have made off doing that to people.

The Product is not being delivered. This company uses the worst shipping service in the entire world rather than give us a choice of shipping. Even with shipping insurance my order is not being delivered. Now I need to call the credit card company and cancel the charge because I refuse to pay for items that are not shipped, this could be a potential scam company as there is absolutely no reason why this order should be held in Pending acceptance state for over 5 days!

This was a gift for my husband for Father's Day. Unfortunately, this didn't work correctly out of the box. I purchased the bubbler attachment to go with the Volt 3. Every time you remove the attachment, it pulls off the gasket. Luckily, Pulsar agreed to let us return both items for a full refund. I appreciate the customer service rep for making this right!

One coil fell out, one no longer works, the last coil is going strong. Gasket dislodges when the glass mouthpiece is removed. Buy extra bowls because the coils fall out.

You guys sent me a defective device it does not charge it does not turn on. There is no sign of charging when on the charger and it just flat out does not work. I had to put the new coil in my old device. Awesome service.

Great just glass broke to easy

Has a horrible taste i can't get rid of. Accidently order the wrong item tried to cancel the order to get the correct one and can't make contact with anyone via email. Which is the only way they have to contact them. In general prett5 disappointed.
