Very disappointed. Poor airflow from the start and broke when fell 2ft.Can't use it and can't get new one.

The power button on the bottom is very small and hard to push while using the device. If it was on the side it would be much more user friendly

Got mine before ORAL SURGERY since no sucking on straws, cigarettes, or vapes during recovery. For this purpose, it works very well.

It hits smooth, and love the shotgun effect. Very nice battery.

The color is beautiful, it does not have a window that shows how much battery power is left, the QR code on the box did not work and without instructions, I had to google how to use it since there was no instructions with this. Personally, I am not going to share it, I just thought it would be easier to use when the cartridge get’s plugged and is harder to use but that is not the case, it just heats up and nothing comes out until you open it up, that is where you see all of the resin because it just leaks out, now I’m afraid to use it, because the cartridge’s are $70 +.

I was excited to try this jet pack and lost excitement pretty quick. The first cart I tried to use in it was too big and the device wouldn't close properly to use. The cart is a basic 1g cart. . . nothing special about the cart size. So my confusion on this product is why make something that doesnt hold the standard item to be used in said product. Mind boggling. So I guess I need to examine the cart size before I buy it to make sure its small enough so the jetpak actually does what its supposed to do. Thats sarcasm cuz you cant see the cart before u buy it. Kind of a waste of money on this pulsar.

I was actually really surprised with this order cause when I’ve ordered from pulsar before their products are the only ones that I prefer to use I decided to stop buying them at my dispensary, and I bought them straight from pulsar. my first shipment I had nothing wrong with it. Everything worked out great. I had used one of them to the end of its life so I needed to place another order. I bought three different types of pens and all three of them came defective. The pen style one overheats and has a loose connection. The other brick one I had went through two 1 g carts cause it over preheated (was aggressive) I would preheat and smoke came out every time. I've been smoking for 9 years for medical and I have never seen smoke come out on a preheat setting. The last pen that I had was actually an exact replica down to the color of when I’ve previously had. I like the fact that you can keep count of how many puffs you’ve taken, for some reason this one is stuck on the teens I’ve used this pen for a little over a week and I’m at 14 puffs I take 6 to 7 in a go and smoke through out the day. So it's not keeping track. That was one reason I used them cause its the closest you can get to a dosage. Now I'm treating them special to Jerry rig them to work for me.

It works decently the only thing I have a problem with is that the carts i usually smoke are too long to fit with the battery cover on. I'm actually pretty upset about it.

The only reason why I won’t give this a 5 star is because of the issue with carts. Not all carts fit like a lot of those narrow 1g clarinet tip looking carts and especially the ones that are a little more wider and squarish at the top. But the wider body ones like the full spec elite and the Super Fog type cartridges do fit. All in all I rock with it it’s a great buy in my opinion.

Fantastic function and super comfy form factor

What a disappointing product. The manual is barely helpful. I bought two units and even grabbed an extra connector just in case. The first unit never worked. The battery indicator stayed red, and pressing the button twice did nothing except make it flash red. Assuming the connector was the issue, I opened the backup one I purchased. I even lost the original while swapping them out, only to end up with the exact same red flashing light.

Do not waste your money. This product is no bueno. I feel genuinely let down by a company I’ve admired for a long time.

Easy in every way possible. It’s sure to prevent a few coughs and colds. No need to touch the vape to your lips.

I love the design and it draws better than any other Pulsar, but it only fits specific carts: . 5g and ONLY 1g carts with short mouth pieces, ie. low circular mouthpiece. Any of the tapered mouthpieces that’re in the majority of carts WILL NOT fit in this cart.

I would buy a revamped battery for this cart if it allowed taller carts, but I can’t recommend this to anyone who used traditionally sized 1g carts.

This thing is awesome. Quality feel, nice to use, definitely a major upgrade from your typical basic pen. Multiple friends wanted to buy after using mine. Highly highly recommend.

First off, this is my third Pulsar vape and I've loved all of them. My prior Jetpack stopped working and I made a warranty claim. The experience of helpfulness and instant replacement and upgrade even makes me a customer for life. I'd found Pulsar after giving up on my old Pax and the inefficient customer help I was able to get from the company. I expected similar here and was blown away with the difference, plus they upgraded me to the new Jetpack for free! The new Jetpack 2 arrived quickly and it's gorgeous. I chose the purple and it has a nice shine to it. The unit charges quickly and the battery has a good, long life between charges. It's easy to switch on the fly between a forced air stream and manual inhaling. The cloud produced is much better to the results I achieved on my Pax or with a skinny 510 battery. Thanks for such an awesome experience!!!

It's perfect for any cart that fits (2g max usually). No more sucking on the cart till I'm blue in the face, just double-tap and take my hit when it begins to flow. Will say for the 510 wax attachment that the highest temp is usually needed, but it fits in there no problem and connects fine. The bullet tip keeps the wax under control while travelling. To take a dab, hold down the button for a few seconds to warm up, then draw while keeping the button pressed for best results. Make one thermochromic next, please lol. 4 stars because the bottom magnet was loosely attached and I gotta glue it back in or something.

Was supposed to be able to fit all carts and 2g carts. It DOES NOT fit 1MG carts and WILL NOT fit 2MG carts at all.
Was extremely disappointed & mad.
Now I have a useless box and two useless batteries for it.
DO NOT BUY THIS.

The 2. 0 is the least ergonomic. Horrible downgrade from the 1. Only upside is the smaller size. Id buy 100 1. 0s before another 2. 1 is so easy. Ergonomic. 1000x more user friendly. Save your money. Buy the 1. 0. Plus the replaceable bottoms make it a cheap. Easy to fix. Forced air giant

I bought the original Jetpack and, was happy with the purchase but, the Jetpack 2 literally blows the original away. It clearly has a more powerful fan, which propels a cloud-stream of vapor to share. Buying online, directly from Pulsar has been a consistently reliable, positive experience.
